I am a Spanish illustrator focused on children’s emotional education and health communication.

Through my work I explore how illustration can help children understand complex experiences such as emotions, body changes, loss, growth and everyday challenges. I am especially interested in creating visual stories that support conversations between children and the adults who care for them.

My projects often address sensitive themes in a gentle and accessible way, as in stories like Teta y Teto and Pan con aceite y miel, where illustration becomes a tool to help children process important moments in their lives.

I also work with several doctors and hospitals creating visual material (books, social media campaigns, events, posters) that helps them explaining treatments or diseases to their patients.

Before focusing on illustration, I spent more than 20 years working as a creative project manager in the advertising industry, leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating visual communication projects from concept to delivery. This experience taught me how to translate complex ideas into clear visual messages, collaborate with creative teams, and work within structured editorial and production processes.

Today, that background informs my work as an illustrator. I approach each project not only as an artistic challenge, but also as a *communication exercise, where images help explain, accompany and support children in understanding the world around them.

I am interested in collaborating with publishers, educators, healthcare professionals and cultural organizations developing books and visual materials for children.
